Terms of Service

Please read the following information carefully before commissioning me. By purchasing any artwork from me, you automatically agree to these terms.

General information

  1. Be familiar with my work and my art style before commissioning me. Understand that your character will be re-imagined to a degree. Complex armor/details/clothing/backgrounds WILL be somewhat simplified as well.

  2. I have the right to decline your commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms.

  3. I, as a creator, hold full copyright to the commissioned picture. The picture as a whole, not your personal character or any element in the picture that might belong to you.

  4. I keep the right to post the commissioned picture online in my galleries, and I do not accept private commissions.

  5. I require visual references for your character(s). Exceptions can be made for reference sheet commissions.

  6. Please send me correct and up-to-date references, avoid sending me updates on your character changes after I have already started working on your piece. I will not dig around galleries trying to find the correct image. Broken URLS will be ignored.

  7. Keep the amount of reference images to the minimum, just a few with the essential information about your character’s design.

  8. The commissioner may post the commissioned work on any sociel media, with credit. However, the commissioner is not allowed to use it in monetary gain.

  9. By default I don’t send the fullsize files, but you can always ask for a full size version of your commission.

  10. Tips are always welcome.

Do’s and Dont’s

What I draw:

  • Dragons and fantasy creatures

  • All animals, any species real or imagined

  • OCs and fanart

  • Any gender, any orientation

  • Comic pages

  • Simple animations

  • NSFW

Will draw for an additional payment:

  • Humans, humanoids and anthro characters

  • Architecture

  • Robots and complex robotic parts of the body

  • Armor/clothing/weapons

  • Complex color/patterns/designs in general

  • Rushed deadlines

  • NSFW: + 25% of the final price

What I won’t draw:

  • Realism, realistically rendered artwork

  • Extremely detailed and complex architecture and robot design

  • Emulation of another individual artist's style

Payment

Since March 2022, PayPal is no longer available to me. I will update my T.o.S. and remove this line if the situation changes.I’m unable to send direct invoices via PayPal at the moment, so I’ve switched to a new payment platform called EasyStart. It’s a secure and trustworthy option, and several commissioners have already successfully used it with both cards and PayPal.For the payment process, I’ll first create a sketch for your commission. Group commissions

If multiple people are to have characters in a single commission (a group commission), one person is responsible for paying the commission fee.This allows the commissioners to figure out how they would like to split the payment amongst themselves and allows for the artist to begin working on the commission faster, because they are only waiting for payment from one person (the Representative of the Commission group).

Refunds

If a commission has been canceled before work has been placed, a full refund will be issued. There will be an immediate removal from the queue.If the commission is canceled after work had already been started, only partial refund can be issued depending on the amount of time and labor already invested. For example, if 80% of the work is done, 20% of the price can be refunded.

Payment plans

Payment plans are possible for big commissions like scenes (all types of scenes), or big group commissions. Payment plan duration depends on the complexity of your commission, on your financial situation and on the price. Each situation is different, the details can be discussed in private messages.

Work process

My workflow is very flexible, it might take me from a few days up to 3 months to complete your commission. Turn around time depends on three factors - your position in the queue, the complexity of your piece, and my life situation.Feel free to ask about the progress on your piece but please don’t do it every day, or every few days. I will keep you updated whenever I can. I am always open to communication, and on making my workflow as transparent as possible to my clients.You can check progress on your piece here:

Communication

Please keep communication to the minimum. I am not very talkative and it is difficult for me to communicate with people outside of my friend group. I hope you understand, please don’t take this personally, it is just for my comfort. Say only what you need to say regarding the commission. Personal questions will be ignored.I will cancel the commission if a client keeps trying to initiate a conversation outside of business matters.

Base: €50 / $55

Price depends on the complexity and the number of images in a meme (i.e. small comics).
Flat colors only. Unless a strong/dramatic lighting is a part of a meme
(no additional fee needed in that case).
Additional character: + 50% of the price.

✧ SCENE ILLUSTRATIONS ✧
Starting from: €350 / $380

Cinematic illustration, lined characters and a simple background. Focusing on the overall mood and atmosphere of the piece.
Additional character: + €120
Shadows are always included. Price depends on the complexity of your characters, and on the complexity of the background.

✧ ENVIRONMENTAL SCENES ✧
Base: €500 / $530

Same as previous tier, but with a more detailed background, focusing on environment.
Please note that this is kind of an experimental type. The technique that will work best for your commission might vary from presented examples. That will not affect the overall amount of effort put into your piece though.

✧ REFERENCE SHEETS ✧
Base: €200 / $215

Flat colors only. No shadows.Starting price (€200) includes 1 fullbody image in either ¾ or profile view, 1 close-up showing mouth and teeth, and a close-up on any detail of your choice, like pattern, tattoo, back view etc.Additional fullbody image: starting from €120 depending on the complexity
Additional clothed fullbody image: starting from €150 depending on the complexity
Back view: + €30
Additional headshot: + €35

How to order

Current commission status: CLOSED

I don’t have regular openings, and I make commission announcements on my Patreon first, before announcing them on my Twitter and FurAffinity.By commissioning me, you automatically agree that you’ve read my T.o.S.When I’m open, you will be asked to fill in this form:

  1. Reference images of your character(s). Keep in mind that I work with visual references only, no text based descriptions please. Exceptions can be made for Reference sheet commissions.

  2. Type of commission that you wish to get. Please fully describe what it is you want: type of commission, amount of characters, flat-colored or shaded. If there is a background, please describe it in details, but more importantly describe the desired mood or atmosphere.

  3. Desired pose / expression, and any additional info that you find necessary mentioning.
